Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay at checkout, which allows you to split your purchase into affordable installments. It’s a simple, flexible way to pay for your custom party favors over time.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 15 business days before your event.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability.
A rush fee may apply depending on your requested turnaround time. If you need your order delivered in less than 15 business days, please email us or use our contact us form on the website prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. A rush fee may apply for orders requested with a turnaround time shorter than our standard policy.
Are all party favors handmade?
Yes! Every item is handmade to order, ensuring premium quality and personalized detail.
Can I request a custom theme or design?
Absolutely. We can match any theme, colors, or event style.

What is your processing time?
Processing is typically 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday).
Weekends and holidays are not included.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer free local delivery within Tulsa, Ok. Please choose that option at check out if applicable.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Minor updates may be possible within 24 hours of ordering.
Because items are custom-made, changes after this window are not guaranteed.
What is needed to use your photoshop templates?
A working computer with enough memory/storage to run the full version of Adobe photoshop and our templates. After that just add your creativity and bring your design to life. Printing is easy, use your favorite printer at home or send your files to a print lab like Staples or Office Depot.
