Shipping policy
At Luxe Party Favors and Designs, each of our custom party favors is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.
Please review the information below before placing your order:
Processing & Turnaround Time
- Our turnaround times are calculated using business days (Monday–Friday).
- Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
- If you need your order delivered in less than 15 business days, please email us or use our contact us form on the website prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. A rush fee may apply for orders requested with a turnaround time shorter than our standard policy.
Order Queue & Proofs
- Orders are prioritized by the “receive by” or “deliver by” date you provide at checkout.
- Proofs are typically delivered during the week preceding your due date.
- Many customers place orders months in advance — order queues are established accordingly.
- Please note: we do not provide ongoing order updates outside of the proof delivery stage.
Due Date vs. Event Date
Your due date should not be your event date.
Please set your due date as the last possible date you wish to receive your order, allowing time for event preparation.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
- Once your package has been successfully handed to the carrier, ownership transfers to USPS or UPS.
- Luxe Party Favors and Designs is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Acts of God or weather-related delivery delays
- Mis-delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our handmade items, refunds will not be issued.
